Leigh Miners u18s continued there good league form with a comfortable 32-4 victory away at Hindley, Try scorers for miners were Jonathan Grimshaw scoring a brace with Andrew Hodson, Andy Peet, Todd Appleby and Sam Shepard all scoring a try each, Shepard kicking four from six.

Next Sunday the u18s play there final league game of the season when they host Thatto Heath at Twist Lane, Kick off 1pm.

Miners u17s were given the points by Orrell St James who were unable to raise a side giving the 17s a free weekend. Next Sunday the u17s are at home to Crosfields in a fout pointer, kick off time and venue to be confirmed.
